Every piece is crafted with love, aiming to bring joy and satisfaction to our customers. We understand, however, that there may be occasions where you wish to return an item. Our returns policy is designed to be straightforward and compliant with UK and EU regulations.
Return Period: If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving the item(s) to initiate a return.
Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings or similar items unless they are defective.
Customised/Commissioned Pieces: Our customised or commissioned pieces are created with your personal preferences in mind, making them unique to you. Therefore, these items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in craftsmanship. For commissioned pieces, we ensure to share photographs with you before dispatch for approval, to guarantee that the piece meets your expectations.
Hygiene Considerations: Certain items, such as earrings, are exempt from being returned due to hygiene concerns, unless they are faulty.
Process for Returns: Should you wish to return an item, please contact us within the 14-day period to inform us and receive instructions on how to proceed. Items should be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, if it is found to be in the required condition, we will process your refund. The refund will include the full price of the product but exclude shipping costs. Please allow a certain number of days for the amount to be credited back to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If the return is due to a defect on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
